CNC precision machined components

Our remote-controlled forklifts are built with a large number of CNC precision machined components, which play a key role in ensuring performance, durability, and reliability. Each of these parts is manufactured through advanced CNC machining processes, allowing for extremely tight tolerances, smooth finishes, and consistent quality across every production batch.

For critical load-bearing and transmission parts, we use No. 45 steel (medium carbon steel) as the base material. This steel grade is well known for its strength and toughness, making it an ideal choice for heavy-duty applications. After machining, the parts undergo quenching and tempering (heat treatment) to further enhance hardness, wear resistance, and overall service life. This process ensures that the components can withstand heavy loads, impacts, and long-term use without deformation or premature failure.

The combination of high-precision CNC machining and proper material treatment guarantees that every component on our forklifts meets the demanding requirements of industrial operations. Whether it is for structural reinforcement, drivetrain systems, or steering mechanisms, the CNC machined parts provide stability, accuracy, and long-lasting durability.

By focusing on material selection, precise machining, and rigorous treatment processes, we make sure that our forklifts not only deliver powerful performance but also maintain reliability in the toughest working conditions. These details reflect our commitment to quality and to providing machines that customers can trust for years to come.
